- Please contact the MDO Director prior to registering to make sure
there are openings. If you are a first-time registration, you must print
the forms available here, complete them, and send them in to Mom's Day
Out. However, if your child's registration is CONFIRMED, you may use our
online Ongoing Registration to
register each month.
